Oghenetejiri Ruth Djegbada serves as the Head of Administration at KELIC Education Consult, where she leads the strategic coordination of all administrative functions across the organization. Her role is central to driving structure, alignment, and operational excellence within KELIC’s consult-based initiatives.

Ruth oversees internal systems, guides implementation teams, and ensures that every department executes according to KELIC’s goals and standards. She refines strategies, approves plans, and facilitates effective communication between leadership and all working arms of the consult.

She plays a pivotal role in translating vision into action by ensuring that ideas, proposals, and initiatives are not only aligned with KELIC’s core values, but are also executed with clarity, coordination, and consistency. Her leadership strengthens accountability, fosters collaboration, and sustains an environment where all team members are supported to deliver impact.

In addition to her administrative role, Ruth also serves as the legal practitioner for KELIC. She ensures the consult remains legally compliant across its operations, offering legal guidance on regulatory matters, internal processes, and external engagements. From safeguarding the integrity of the organization to ensuring that all communications and partnerships are well-grounded and risk-aware, she brings a layer of legal foresight that protects and informs KELIC’s growth journey.
